2 lb Round Steak 1/2 c Soy Sauce 2 tb Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 c Honey 1 ts Garlic Salt Combine all but beef, let rest 1 hr in frig while slicing beef cross-grain into 1/2″ strips. Stir marinate, add beef. Cover and place in frig for 24 hrs, stirring occasionally. Preheat Dehydrator to 135 F, remove beef onto paper towels, drain well. Place beef on rack (s), dry 24 hours or until beef jerky is done.
